The Vokera gas boiler model Excell 80 SP is fitted with the GV01 gas control valve.
The valve, produced by Honeywell, controls the supply of gas to the burner in response to control signals from the boiler control circuits.
Produced from a die cast aluminium body, precision machined and containing electric solenoid actuated valves, these gas valves provide extremely accurate gas flow rates to match the requirements of the boiler load.
The GV01 also maintains a constant gas pressure irrespective of the normal slight variations that occur in the gas mains supply. Connection to the gas supply pipe and to the gas pipe to the burner is via screw on flanges sealed with rubber O-rings. |
