Terms and Conditions


The price for the goods will be as specified in this website at the date of our acceptance of your order. Prices displayed for products and services are exclusive of VAT.


Orders placed via website will be automatically confirmed by email once the Credit or Debit Card transaction has been successfully completed. Orders placed by other means will be processed upon receipt but will not be confirmed unless specifically requested.

Ezypart reserves the right to decline to accept any order(s), without providing any explanation, and will, within 24 hours of receipt of orders, inform the customer.


Our regular methods of delivery are carrier, for which the following terms and conditions apply:

Standard next day delivery rate: All orders accepted by midday between Monday and Thursday are delivered Next Day Delivery.

Alternatively, the following delivery services are offered:

    Express, before 10:00 next day
    Saturday AM, before 12:00

All orders accepted by Friday midday are despatched on Friday and delivered by the following Monday, unless Saturday AM service is requested, in which case delivery will be by midday the following Saturday. All orders received after Friday midday until Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

The following exceptions apply: For deliveries and transport cost to Non-Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world, please contact us. Customers must refuse acceptance of delivery of parcels which appear damaged.

In the case that the delivery is not possible due to there being no person present at the address to sign acceptance of delivery, the carrier will request a new delivery date from the customer and an Aborted Delivery charge of £10.00 will be charged to the customer.

We can send small parcels (up to 2kg) by Royal Mail Special Delivery, next working day before 13:00. (Monday to Friday) When orders are accepted by midday.


In the unlikely event of components not being available for immediate despatch, Ezypart will immediately notify the customers who shall have the right to cancel or change the order, in which case any credit card transaction, if applied, will be reversed within 24 hours of notification.


Goods will only be accepted back with authorisation from Ezypart and with proof of purchase in the form of the original delivery note or invoice. Customers must contact Ezypart by email or phone to obtain authorisation prior to return. A restocking charge of up to 100% may be deducted from credits issued for returned goods ordered in error, not required, and for goods and packaging that is returned damaged, defaced, marked or where there is any indication of incorrect or inappropriate use or tampering.


The risk of loss of, or damage to the products shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery. Title of Goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due to Ezypart have been received in full.


Claims for short or incorrect delivery, or damage to the components, must be made in writing either by fax (0870 240 1853), or email to claims@ezypart.co.uk, within five days from receipt of goods.


The warranty period is as shown below for each product and is effective from the date of despatch from Ezypart. The warranty is valid only where goods have been applied and used for the purpose for which they are intended and which have not been tampered with.

The warranty periods are:
    24 months: Valves, Pumps, Micro Switches
    18 months: PCBs, Fans, Service Kits, End Feed Fittings
    12 months: Plate heat exchangers


Payments shall be made by Credit or Debit Card only.


On this website, specifications are, to the best of our knowledge correct. We do, however, reserve the right to alter them without notice if absolutely necessary.


Ezypart shall not be liable in respect of claims arising by reason of death or personal injury, except in so far as the death or injury is attributable to a failure by Ezypart to exercise reasonable care.

Further, under no circumstances whatsoever shall Ezypart be liable for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect losses, work required in connection with the removal or change of defective goods and the installation of repaired or substituted goods, loss of profits, damage to property or wasted expenditure.

Without prejudice to this condition, where goods are supplied for the purpose of a business, Ezypart's liability, whether in respect of one claim or the aggregate of various claims (other than for claims for death or personal injury to the extent that the same is caused by a failure of Ezypart to take reasonable care), shall not exceed 1,000,000 and the customer agrees to insure adequately to cover claims in excess of such amount.
